Average delivery times
Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend may not be processed until Monday.
While we aim to deliver all orders within 9 business days, these delivery times are estimates and may vary by region.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

Placing an order
Ordering at Ruffstead is very easy. Go to the product page of the desired item and click the "Add to cart" button.
Make sure you have selected the correct variants, then click "Check out". On the information page, enter your details correctly (name, address, email, …). After reviewing your details, click "Continue to shipping".
On the shipping page you can review your address once more. Our shipping is completely free — a thank-you to our customers. Then click "Continue to payment".
Payment methods
On our website, all transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Available payment methods:
- Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay
Once you have chosen your payment method, click "Complete order". You will be redirected to the secure payment environment. Follow the instructions to confirm your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping is 100% free on all orders, with no minimum order value. No additional charges apply for shipping or handling.

Reshipping costs
If a package needs to be reshipped — for example, due to an incorrectly provided address or a failed delivery attempt after which the package is returned — we reserve the right to charge a fixed reshipping fee of $14.95.
These costs cover the administrative and logistical actions required for a new shipment. In such cases, our customer service will contact you to arrange payment and confirm the updated delivery address before the reshipment is carried out.
